All hair salon service adjustments must be performed within 2 weeks of the initial appointment.

After 2 weeks, additional charges may be applied.

Minima Hair Beauty does not take any responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused through any service.

Cancellations within 24h won't be accepted including no-shows. Once it happens, the future appointments will be accepted only with fully deposited. Please make appointments only when you know you can make it.
All services for more than 3h require a booking deposit of 50% of the service will be requested. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24h. 

I reserve the right to cancel or modify all appointments as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

Due to the weather,  MTA, or any unexpected public condition of NYC, when it's difficult to travel for House Calls, it allows adjusting the appointment of the day.

When service is traveled by car in demand, the costs will be applied.

On any damages or stains that occur accidentally in private space, Minima Hair Beauty does not take any responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused through the House Calls service.
