Minima Hair Beauty does not take any responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused through any service.

Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours, including no-shows, will not be accepted. 

All services for more than 3h require a booking deposit of 50% of the service cost. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24h. 

When it is not deposit of 50% cost, the same amount will be the cancellation fee. 

Once Cancellation/ reschedule within 24 hours occurs, future appointments will be accepted only if they are fully deposited. Please make appointments only when you know you can make them.

Minima Hair Beauty reserves the right to cancel or modify all appointments as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

All hair salon service adjustments must be performed within 2 weeks of the initial appointment.

After 2 weeks, additional charges may be applied.

Due to the weather,  MTA, or any unexpected public condition of NYC, when it's difficult to travel for House Calls, it allows adjusting the appointment of the day.

When service is traveled by car in demand, the costs will be applied.

On any damages or stains that occur accidentally in private space, Minima Hair Beauty does not take any responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused through the House Calls service.

Return or Exchange is NOT accepted.
